13rd July 2010 : Our new design studio
Excitement is growing at The New Fat HQ, as we prepare to pack up the computers and head off to our new design studio at Poplars Court, Lenton Lane, Nottingham. On the 2nd of August we will be up and running, with a new set of mugs ready for anyone who fancies popping in to have a peek around. Big thanks to all our customers and suppliers who have helped us get this far. Look forward to continuing to work with you!

6th July 2010 : Proud sponsors of the HPRC Grand Prix
The New Fat are very proud to sponsor the Holme Pierrepont Running Club Grand Prix 2010. A series of 4 races over two weeks around Nottingham - with distances ranging from 5km to 10km - this is a great challenge for anyone into running. 25th June 2010 : Sherwood Art Week
As part of our design inspiration projects The New Fat team took part in some fab events at the Sherwood Art Week. Glass painting and Cyanotype. The festival aimed to showcase artsts and creativity within the local community and was great to go along and just look round. Highly recommended for next year, if you missed this one :-)

Our latest staff outing - getting creative with a sewing machine. What a way to spend a Friday night - making our very own pair of frilly knickers from scratch. Even if you have never used a sewing machine before, this class was easy and inspiring - recommend it to all groups wanting an alternative team building activity (mainly for the ladies this one :-).

1st February 2010 : 2nd Birthday Celebration for The New Fat Rebrand
Its been 2 years since we renamed the company The New Fat Ltd. To celebrate we took a staff trip to The Cube in Manchester to see the Alan Fletcher: Fifty years of graphic work (and play).
Described as 'Britain's best ever graphic designer' by the Observer and 'one of the giants of 20th Century design' by the Guardian. Alan Fletcher was the most prolific graphic designer of the 20th Century and his legacy continues to influence global trends in graphic design.
