PENGUIN VENTURES EXHIBITION

“I cannot stress just how amazing the team at The New Fat are. We have been using them for some years and have the whole process down to a fine art. Whilst stand builds can be stressful, The New Fat team make the whole process effortless – from planning to build to take down, the BLE stand experience couldn’t be better.”
THOMAS MERRINGTON, CREATIVE DIRECTOR – PENGUIN VENTURES

Project: Exhibition design and build
The New Fat design and build team are all back in the office after setting up the latest exhibition stand for Penguin Ventures (part of Penguin Random House) at Brand Licensing Europe, Olympia, London. It’s the 5th year in a row that we’ve had the privilege of producing the stand for the big event. The whole team love working with Penguin Venture, who manage a portfolio of such well-known children’s book brands. Ensuring everything runs perfectly – from initial concept through to the dismantling of the stand when everything is over.

Design: Promoting the Penguin Ventures properties
The stand is designed to create a colourful enclosed meeting area where clients can come and discuss proposals and ideas for future brand licensing opportunities.

The layout ensures visitors are drawn to the front reception desk with enclosed display shelving around the sides of the stand – great for showcasing products and properties.

Bright colours and familiar book characters adorn this vibrant yet clean stand – feels creative, playful and perfectly on brand.

Build: Making things easy
Our experienced on-site team put the stand together over the few days preceding the event. Taking care of every element from the flooring, props, furniture, graphics, electrics and all the finishing touches, which ensure the stand is finished and perfect for when the Penguin Ventures Random House team arrive on site.

We also dismantle and pack away the stand with great care – so models / characters can be used at future events / exhibitions.

The Show: Looking impressive
The Penguin Ventures exhibition stand didn’t disappoint – perfectly in-keeping showcasing their iconic brands, within such an iconic brand. All the visitors and prospective clients could easily browse the products on show and enjoy the comfortable meeting area – allowing for lots of business to take place in a modern, clean and lively space.

Mission accomplished – looking forwards to next year’s event!
